Job Responsibilities
- 1. Data analysis and management: analyze and report the beneficial information to the management for better decision making (offline and online Sell in - sell out data, Coverage data etc.)
2. Market Research Analysis: closely co-ordinate with agency for market research and evaluate the market research data and forecast and track industry marketing and sales trend based on market research data and deliver reports and presentation of findings to management
3.Product training: conduct product training regional to sales team or monthly as per organization requirement.
4. Trade activity tracking: Monitor the execution and implementation of trade campaigns, promotions (Display promotions). co-ordinate with regional teams for specific Area marketing activities (BTL activation, Tie-ups, dealer meet, retailer meet) closely with the sales team to initiate.
5. Sales data analysis: prepare reports and provides data analysis related to variance gaps and opportunities regarding the performances of all the sales program and promotions
6. In-built app management: co-ordinate with agency and team for In-built sales tracking management system (RSO app) and handle the queries
7. Off role management: manage/Hire the off-role skill sets as per organization and track the performance by regularly coordinating with the team leaders. To manage the payrolls/incentives, expenses of off-role skill set along with their travel management.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 yrs
- Master/Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
- Possess thorough understanding of consumers and customers, knowledge of brand history, product, packaging, manufacturing and product costs, knowledge of core marketing principles and processes, financial acumen, executional rigor, delivering through extended teams, appreciation of relevant laws, regulations and policies.
- Strong analytical / conceptual skills, inter-personal skills, influencing skills, communication skills, creativity
- Travelling Requirements: As per organizational Need
- Preferred Industries: FMCG/Healthcare/
- Any Additional Remarks: Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
