Vehicle/Machinery Maintenance In-Charge

**We are in the business of Road Contracts/Road Construction for the last 20 years based out of Hyderabad. We execute National Highways, State Highways and other Roads and Bridges**
- Manage the maintenance, repair, of the Road Construction Equipment fleet.
- Ensure that all equipment is serviced, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company policies.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and extend equipment life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Attend to the maintenance & repairs of all equipment such as tippers, graders, rollers, pavers, crushers, batch mix plants etc

2. Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure that equipment is properly allocated and utilized.

3. Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for equipment operation and maintenance.

4. Analyze equipment costs, including maintenance, repair, and fuel costs, to identify areas for cost savings.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

**6. Reporting and Analytics**:
**1.**Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track fleet performance, utilization, and costs.

**2.**Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or extensive experience of around 10 years in road construction industry.

- Mechanical and Hydraulics in Road Construction: 5 years (preferred)
