**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Handle inquiries from clients, students, and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain daily calendars
- Maintain visitor and student attendance logs
- Provide basic information about courses, services, or office processes
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other admin work as required
- Coordinate with internal staff for smooth day-to-day operations
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Pleasant personality, polite, and customer-service oriented
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Prior receptionist or front-desk experience is a plus
