- Manage front desk operations, including handling cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain patient records and update database accurately.
- Coordinate with laboratory and technical staff to ensure timely test processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and patient confidentiality standards.
