**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise **loading and unloading** of goods in the godown.
- Maintain accurate **stock records and inventory updates**.
- Ensure proper **storage, stacking, and labeling** of products.
- Coordinate **inward and outward movement** of goods.
- Conduct regular **stock audits and physical verification**.
- Ensure **cleanliness, safety, and security** of the godown at all times.
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for timely dispatch of products.
- Maintain records of **damaged or returned goods**.
- Monitor and guide support staff or helpers in the warehouse.
- Generate daily/weekly **stock and movement reports** for management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse/godown operations.
- Basic knowledge of **inventory systems and documentation**.
- Familiarity with **mattress products or similar bulky goods** is a plus.
- Good **leadership and coordination** skills.
- Ability to work in a **physically active role**.
- Knowledge of **Excel or inventory software** is an advantage.
- Should be a **responsible, organized, and punctual** individual.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
