**Godown Assistant Supervisor**
**Location: Ernakulam**
**Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month**
**Gender: Male**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations in the godown, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked appropriately and orders are processed accurately.
- Maintain and update inventory records in Excel, using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions for data management.
- Ensure goods are handled properly and safely, with attention to quality control.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for stock procurement and dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to stock levels, order fulfillment, and inventory discrepancies.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the godown to optimize space and workflow.
- Resolve any inventory-related issues and discrepancies, ensuring accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the godown.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Fluency in **Hindi** for communication purposes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing stock and inventory.
- Ability to supervise and work effectively with a team.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
