**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse/godown, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Maintain proper inventory records and manage stock movement, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
- Utilize **Excel** for inventory tracking, updating stock levels, and generating reports using **Pivot Tables** and **VLOOKUP**.
- Ensure that all products are stored according to the company’s safety and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely supply and dispatch.
- Assist in handling discrepancies and stock management issues.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Provide training and supervision to warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure that the godown is kept clean and organized.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, dispatches, and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in **Excel**, with experience in **Pivot Tables** and **VLOOKUP**.
- Knowledge of **inventory management** and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in **Hindi** for communication purposes.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Minimum of **1-2 years** of experience in a similar role (warehouse or godown operations).
- Ability to handle physical work and manage a team.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
