
Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective client engagement and negotiation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to meet customer needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings when required.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales or similar customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and goal orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
