Job Title: Sales Officer -Modern Trade.

Company: Kwality Brand (Cereals and Masalas)

Location: Bangalore

Job Overview: As Sales Officer-MT for Kwality Brand (Cereals and Masalas), you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the modern trade channel. You will work closely with key accounts to ensure optimal product placement, promotional execution, and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the modern trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure optimal product placement, promotional execution, and inventory management.
- Lead the negotiation and implementation of trade promotions and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including trade spending and pricing guidelines.
- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in modern trade sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the modern trade channel and its dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform sales strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

**Salary Offer:Rs.5L to Rs.6L Per anum**

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
