To handle sales of residential projects, explain and show the projects to Customers, give presentations to Customers.
- Develop Channel Partners network, maintain relationship with them to promote sales.
- Ensure that the Sales team are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives.
- Implement all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales function operates efficiently and effectively to achieve all sales objectives.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- To tele-call from database perspective Brokers, Potential clients for site visit and sales.
- To track and follow-up prospective Customers, to assist in documentation process, maintain accurate and extensive records of sales prospects.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- To perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value and be apprised of all the competitors offers and schemes in the market on periodic basis.
- Ensure MIS and other reports are maintained and shared with the Site Head.
- Graduate / MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Sales / Marketing.
- Must have 8 - 12 yrs experience in Real Estate residential selling.
- Should have handled a team.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with willingness to travel extensively

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
