**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell residential or commercial plots to potential customers
- Generate and follow up with leads through various channels (fieldwork, online, referrals)
- Meet potential clients, provide property tours, and explain features, pricing, and terms
- Understand client needs and offer suitable plot options accordingly
- Coordinate site visits and handle client meetings
- Negotiate and close deals professionally
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients for future business opportunities
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in **real estate sales**:
- Proven sales track record in selling land or plots
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of legal documentation and plot registration process
- Must have own vehicle (preferred)
- Familiarity with the local market and geography
