**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Front Desk & Office Administration**
- Handle reception duties: calls, visitors, and front office coordination.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage vendor interactions.
- Coordinate courier dispatch, travel bookings, and general office upkeep.

**Reports, Data Sheets & Excel Work**
- Prepare and update **daily, weekly, and monthly reports** in Excel.
- Maintain and monitor **data sheets** related to operations, performance, and expenses.
- Use Excel tools like **VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, formatting**, and basic formulas.
- Consolidate and share reports with management and franchisees as required.

**Expense & Accounting Support**
- Track and record **daily office and operational expenses**.
- Maintain **petty cash records**, verify bills, and prepare expense claims.
- Support the accounts team with **basic data entry, invoice checking**, and filing.
- Ensure all expenses are backed with proper documentation and approvals.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with **franchise partners** to collect sales and expense reports.
- Serve as the communication bridge between operations, accounts, and franchise units.
- Share regular updates, forms, reports, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (especially data entry, formulas, reports)
- Basic knowledge of **accounting and expense handling**:

- Strong verbal and written **communication skills**:

- Highly **organized**, able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Prior experience in **admin/reception/account support** roles is an advantage
