**Job Title**:Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle reception area duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
3. Housekeeping and Maintenance:
- Oversee housekeeping and cleaning services, ensuring the office is maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
4. Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, including payment processing and communication.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors and maintain accurate records.
5. General Office Administration:
- Support the office team with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and other essentials.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in administration or a related field).
2. Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
4. Personal Qualities:
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
