**Job Title: Mobile Repairing Trainer**

**Location**: Chapra (Bihar)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training**: Deliver training sessions on mobile phone repairing techniques, including hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, and component replacements.
- **Practical Demonstrations**: Provide hands-on training to students, ensuring they understand the step-by-step process of mobile repairs.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and update training materials, manuals, and other resources to keep the training content relevant and aligned with the latest mobile technologies.
- **Assess Performance**: Evaluate student progress and performance, offering constructive feedback and support to improve their skills.
- **Troubleshooting**: Teach students how to diagnose and troubleshoot common and advanced mobile repair issues, including screen replacements, battery issues, motherboard repairs, and software updates.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of training sessions, student assessments, and feedback to track progress.
- **Ensure Safety Standards**: Ensure that trainees are aware of and follow safety guidelines when handling mobile phones and repair equipment.
- **Provide Guidance**: Assist trainees with challenges during practical sessions and provide one-on-one guidance to ensure skill mastery.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Qualification**:

- **Diploma** in Electronics
- **I.T.I. Certification** in Electronics
- **Total Experience**: Minimum 3 years in mobile repairing
- **Domain Experience**: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile repairs
- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience

**Skills Required**:

- **Mobile Repairing Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of mobile phone hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
- **Training & Teaching**: Ability to effectively teach and communicate complex technical concepts to students.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to guide students through difficult repair scenarios.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain repair processes and safety procedures.
- **Patience & Mentoring**: Ability to patiently mentor students and assist them in understanding complex repair techniques.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage training schedules and ensure effective time use during practical and theoretical sessions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision and accuracy in both teaching and performing mobile repairs.
- **Safety Knowledge**: Awareness of safety protocols when handling mobile repair tools and electronic components.
