- **Preventative maintenance**:Regularly inspecting and servicing equipment like HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and machinery to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- **Troubleshooting and repairs**:Diagnosing malfunctions, disassembling equipment, replacing faulty components, and testing repairs to resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- **Emergency response**:Addressing urgent maintenance needs, including responding to equipment breakdowns and addressing safety hazards.
- **Parts management**:Maintaining inventory of replacement parts and ordering new parts as needed.
- **Documentation**:Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and equipment conditions.
- **Building maintenance**:Performing minor repairs like fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors and windows, and addressing general building upkeep.
- **Compliance with safety standards**:Adhering to safety protocols and procedures when performing maintenance tasks.
