As we expand our presence in global markets, we are seeking a skilled Global Tender & Bid Executive to manage international tender opportunities and ensure successful execution of awarded cybersecurity projects.

**Role Overview**

The Global Tender & Bid Executive will oversee the end-to-end tender process for domestic and international cybersecurity projects, including VAPT, Managed SOC, security audits, and other specialized services. This includes identifying opportunities, preparing compliant submissions, coordinating across departments, and managing awarded projects through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tender Identification & Management**
- Identify, track, and evaluate domestic and global cybersecurity tender opportunities from government, corporate, and institutional procurement portals.
- Register Redfox Cyber Security on relevant tender platforms and global procurement systems.
- Review and interpret bid documents for VAPT, Managed SOC, and related cybersecurity services.
- Clarify bid conditions and ensure tender requirements align with our capabilities.
- Prepare complete tender submissions (technical & financial) within deadlines.

**Coordination & Documentation**
- Liaise with technical teams for service scopes (VAPT methodologies, SOC capabilities, compliance deliverables, etc.).
- Coordinate with finance, compliance, and legal teams to compile all required documents.
- Arrange supporting materials like certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR compliance), case studies, and project references.
- Manage pre-bid queries and communication with tender authorities.

**Execution & Follow-up**
- Oversee awarded cybersecurity projects from contract signing to delivery.
- Coordinate with service teams for VAPT execution, SOC onboarding, and managed service delivery.
- Ensure timely client reporting, milestone tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Follow up with clients on bid results, clarifications, and issue resolution.

**Compliance & Process Adherence**
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive tender and client data.
- Follow internal tender review and approval procedures.
- Stay updated on international cybersecurity tender trends, compliance norms, and procurement practices.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in tender management, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology services.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, document formatting, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for pre-bid meetings, submissions, and client discussions.

**Preferred Skills**
- Direct experience with tenders for VAPT, Managed SOC, network security, cloud security, and incident response services.
- Familiarity with domestic and global tender portals (GEM, PhilGeps, UNGM, World Bank, ADB, and other corporate procurement systems).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST.
- Understanding of export/import regulations for technology services.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
