- Evaluates outcomes of care □with the interdisciplinary team by measuring intervention effectiveness with the team._
- □Complies with hospital and legal requirements by fostering nursing practices that adhere to the hospital’s rules and regulations._
- □Protects self, co-workers, and patients by following policies and procedures to prevent bloodborne and airborne diseases._
- □Respects patient’s rights by maintaining their confidentiality._
- □Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards._
- □Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available._
- □Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed._
Patient Care Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- CNA certification.
- Experience working in patient care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Working knowledge of patient care practice, methods, and regulations.
Strong patient relation skills.
