**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Recruitment & Outreach**:

- Develop strong alumni and community networks to promote the school.
- Represent Edify School at education fairs, local schools, and other recruitment events.
- Lead campus tours and informational sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Initiate and manage student outreach campaigns, including digital and offline channels.
- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Conduct interviews with prospective students and parents.
- Contact and verify references and supporting documents where applicable.
- **Collaboration & Decision-Making**:

- Contribute to final admissions decisions and issuance of offer letters.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the admissions process.
- **Strategy & Feedback**:

- Conduct surveys and focus groups with current students to evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Analyze feedback data to adjust campaigns and materials accordingly.
- **Compliance & Process Improvement**:

- Adhere to and recommend improvements for admissions procedures and school policies.
- Keep up-to-date with educational standards, admission trends, and compliance requirements.
- **Student Support & Planning**:

- Track and document student progress through the admissions pipeline.
- Provide students and parents with resources for educational and career planning.
- Organize and distribute information about standardized tests such as PSAT, SAT, and ACT.
- **Parent Collaboration**:

- Serve as a liaison between the school and prospective families.
- Guide parents through the admission process and respond to inquiries promptly.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or educational outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Knowledge of school admissions procedures and local education environment.
- Familiarity with student management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
