We are now **HIRING**for the post of **Admission Counselor**

**Job Descriptions**:
Fullinfaws College is looking for a Passionate, Enthusiastic, Target-driven Admission Counselors to offer PUC (Commerce and Science) and UG (B.Com - BBA - BCA) courses to students for the upcoming Academic Year 25-26.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling & Guidance**:Provide comprehensive information and guidance to prospective students and their parents about various educational programs, courses, and admission procedures.
- **Lead Management**: Effectively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels (online inquiries, walk-ins, events, etc.).
- **Sales & Admissions**:Achieve monthly admission targets by converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- **Market Feedback**:Gather market intelligence and feedback to help improve admission strategies and offerings.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of all interactions and admissions data, preparing regular reports for management.

What We're Looking For:

- **Education**:Graduation is mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in English with Kannada/Hindi
- **Experience (preferred)**:2 years in Admission Counseling (Preferred: for PUC and UG Courses)
- **Sales Acumen**:Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented approach.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.
- **Customer Focus**:A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- **Proactiveness**:Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month + attractives incentives
