Admissions Counselor

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**: The Admissions Counselor plays a crucial role in the recruitment and enrollment of students at [Institution's Name]. This position involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs, and ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct informational sessions and campus tours.
- Provide personalized counseling to students and families regarding program options, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.
- Address concerns and questions related to the admissions process.
- Work closely with academic departments, financial aid, and student services to facilitate a smooth admissions process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach materials and strategies.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and school visits.
- Represent the institution at college fairs and other promotional events.
- Analyze admission data to inform recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3- 5 Years of Experience in admissions, recruitment, or higher education preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems.
- Should be an Immediate joiner

**Job Location - Bangalore**

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
