Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counselling Students:

- Assist students and parents in understanding various academic programs and career pathways.
- Provide personalized counselling to guide students toward suitable courses.

2. Admissions Process:

- Guide students through the admission process, ensuring all documentation is complete.

3. Promotional Activities:

- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events to represent Beat Education.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads.

4. Course Coordination:

- Stay updated on course details, curriculum changes, and new offerings at Beat Education.
- Support students during onboarding and academic progress monitoring.

5. Maintain Records:

- Manage and update student data in the database.
- Prepare reports on counselling activities and admissions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Any bachelor's degree

Experience: 6 months-1 years in academic counselling, is preferred (freshers with good communication skills are also welcome).

**Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
