**Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Project Coordinator to join our team in the elevator manufacturing industry. The Field Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects related to elevator installation, maintenance, and modernization. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee elevator installation, maintenance, and modernization projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule and conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders and management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, or related field preferred.
- Proven 2 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within the elevator manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Excel, SAP etc).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to elevator installation and maintenance.
- Ability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed
