**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Volvo Bus-Senior Driver Supervisor at Aadinath Bulk Pvt Ltd. We are looking for an experienced **Senior Driver Supervisor** to oversee Volvo bus drivers, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with safety regulations, and high-quality passenger service. Additionally, this role will be responsible for driver recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure a skilled and professional workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Driver Supervision & Management**
- Oversee daily operations of Volvo bus drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and company policies.
- Conduct driver performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed.
- Manage driver rosters, shift schedules, and leave approvals.
- Monitor route efficiency, fuel consumption, and fleet performance.

**2. Supervisor Handling & Leadership**
- Manage and guide **Driver Supervisors**, ensuring they effectively monitor and support drivers.
- Delegate tasks and provide leadership to the **supervisor team** to improve operations.
- Evaluate supervisor performance and provide coaching for better team management.
- Ensure smooth communication between management, supervisors, and drivers.

**3. Driver Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Identify hiring needs and manage the recruitment process for Volvo bus drivers.
- Conduct interviews, driving tests, and background verification.
- Ensure proper onboarding, orientation, and initial training for new drivers.

**4. Compliance & Safety Management**
- Enforce compliance with **traffic laws, company safety policies, and transport regulations**.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Investigate accidents, safety concerns, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure buses are roadworthy.

**5. Training & Development**
- Provide continuous **training on defensive driving, passenger service, and emergency handling**.
- Keep drivers updated on new safety protocols and regulatory changes.

**6. Customer Feedback And Driver Behaviour**
- Address customer complaints related to drivers and take necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed reports on driver performance, safety incidents, and recruitment updates.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics

Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good understanding of safety regulations

Ability to work well under pressure

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Work Location: In person
