**Job Summary**: As a Bartender with **3YEARS of experience as BARTENDER**, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in our bar area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, taking orders and recommending menu items as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and managing cash drawer.
- Engage with guests in a positive and professional manner, building rapport and enhancing their overall experience.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
- Assist with bar inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting stock counts.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
