Bartender/waitress

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and take beverage and food orders in a timely manner.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Provide recommendations and knowledge of drink menus and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting heavy items such as boxes or kegs when needed.
- TIPS or other responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Work Environment**:
Fast-paced bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
