As a Bookkeeper at FBC Holding, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring that our financial processes are smooth, accurate, and compliant.You will work closely with the finance team and assist in a variety of tasks designed to keep the business running efficiently.
- Accurate Financial Records: Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, ensuring precision at all times.
- Reconciliation: Assist with the reconciliation of supplier/customer statements, resolving discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Transaction Management: Maintain subsidiary accounts, verify, allocate, and post transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Expense Monitoring: Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring they are properly recorded and stay within budgetary constraints.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations, and contribute to periodic audits.
- Accounting Software: Use QuickBooks and other softwares to streamline financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist with additional finance projects and reporting as required, providing valuable support to the team.

Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with a demonstrated track record of accuracy and an understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels
- of accuracy while managing multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹155,830.92 - ₹673,732.17 per year
