**Requirements**:

- MUST be familiar with Real Estate and contracts.
- MUST be familiar with CAM reconciliations and lease terms processing
- Familiarity with Yardi is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping, including invoicing
- Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for tenant interfacing
- Great writing and communication skills are essential
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial.
- Read and understand lease terms, process lease amendments, and conduct CAM reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and oversee vendor invoices
- Follow up on late payments from tenants and send necessary notices
- Coordinate repair and maintenance requests, ensuring timely scheduling and billing
- Assist in managing financial aspects of the properties, including bank reconciliations and transactional accounting
- Prepare for and assist in audit and tax return processes for multiple entities
- Oversee and maintain effective communication with tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service
- Performs special projects and other duties as requested.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
