This is a remote position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant with strong experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks. This role involves supporting a US-based client with day-to-day financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Manage expense entries, reimbursements, and receipts
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Generate standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Assist with payroll entries and client invoicing
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
• Coordinate with the client's CPA or accounting team when needed

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, specifically with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with US accounting standards and bookkeeping practices
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication

Willingness to work during US hours (night shift)
