Submit Import Permit & Export Permit to Website.
- On time submission SP1 to Quarantine for quarantine process and closely monitor
- On the progress based on the lead time of these process
- Make sure shipping documents correctly applied such as Invoice, Packing list, Non GMO, Phytosanitary, Draft BL
- Arrange the export shipment including monitoring the ETA of the goods
- Ensure Invoice from Hub created before ETA date
- Minimize clearance expenses by ensuring all requirements for clearance process are fulfilled
- Checking Invoice from vendor
- Bills of Lading.
- Certificates of origin & Communication with customers.
- **Experience**:_ 2 to 3 years.
- **Qualification**:_ Bachler/Diploma in Export-Import Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Knowledge in Export and Import
- Good Administration and filling system
- Fluent in English is preferred
- Must have a good behavior to work with a team and across functions

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
