Job Title: Front Desk Executive/ Admin Executive
Location: Noida Sector 138
Department: Administration
Reports To: Office Manager/Reception Supervisor
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is neat, clean, and presentable.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Manage office supplies and keep inventory updated.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide visitors with information about the organization, services, and personnel.
Assist in managing meeting rooms, including setting up for meetings and ensuring necessary equipment is available.
Ensure that security procedures are followed and that all visitors are logged in properly.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
