**Reports To**: Principal

**Salary**: 20-25K in hand

**Job description**:
The Head of Department (HOD) for Social Studies is responsible for leading and managing the Social Studies department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to students. The HOD will oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, and faculty performance, as well as promote an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Social Studies department.
- Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and curriculum.
- Coordinate departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- Mentor and support Social Studies teachers in their professional growth.

**Education**: Master’s degree in Education, Social Studies, History, Geography, Political Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
