The job profile includes managing and pushing sales in our various projects and requires
- Able to professionally close all leads by generating walk-ins, conducting site visits, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post-sales processes as well.
- Managing the online advertisement responses, responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers
- Reporting on sales activities to senior management
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- To develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve assigned sales targets.
- At least 4 years of experience in Kolkata real estate sales and marketing.
- To be well aware about Kolkata and 24 parganas real estate market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
