**Job Title: Field Sales Activity Coordinator**
**Location**: Kollam

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support Activities**:

- Plan and execute retail activations, roadshows, and test-ride events in assigned territory
- Coordinate with dealerships and field sales teams to ensure alignment on sales targets and activity calendar
- Track and report post-event performance metrics (e.g., leads generated, conversions, footfall)
- **Brand Experience & Community Engagement**:

- Organize local rides, community events, and brand activations to engage Royal Enfield riders and prospects
- Collaborate with Rider Mania, One Ride, and other brand-led experiences
- **Dealer Coordination**:

- Assist dealer partners with in-store branding, local promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor dealership adherence to brand guidelines and report any non-compliance
- **Administrative & Operational**:

- Maintain inventory of activation materials, merchandise, and demo motorcycles
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics for field events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
