**Position**: Project Coordinator
**Location**: Rural Karnataka
**Projects**: Wise Project and Gender-Based Violence Project
**Language Proficiency**: Kannada and English
**Role Overview**: Coordinate field activities for Wise and GBV projects, including logístical planning, stakeholder engagement, project implementation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
**Logistics Coordination**: Plan logistics for workshops, training, and meetings. Ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials. Manage transportation and accommodation.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Build relationships with officials, community leaders, NGOs, and stakeholders. Facilitate communication and represent the organization at events.
**Project Implementation**: Develop training modules and supervise field activities. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with policies.
**Community Outreach**: Conduct awareness campaigns and support community members.
**Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain records of field activities and submit progress reports.
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing education or gender-based violence projects.
Knowledge of local socio-cultural dynamics in rural Karnataka.
