Information Technology Coordinator

Position Overview: The IT Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the day-to-dayIT operations ,infrastructure , andsupport activitiesof the organization. This position ensures that all technology systems run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business goals. The IT Coordinator also assists withhardware/software management ,network monitoring ,technical support , andvendor coordination . Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitorIT operations , ensuring smooth performance of systems and networks. Providetechnical supportto end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintaincomputers, printers, and peripheral devices . Manageuser accounts , access rights, and permissions in line with IT policies. Assist in theimplementation of new technologiesand system upgrades. Monitor and maintainnetwork connectivity ,data backups , andsystem security . Support the IT team in managingservers, routers, switches, and firewalls . Coordinate withexternal vendorsfor procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting services. Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and user guides. Ensuredata privacy, cybersecurity compliance , and adherence to IT best practices. Assist withIT budgeting , purchase requests, and project coordination. Providetraining and supportto staff on new systems, applications, or policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field . Strong understanding ofIT infrastructure , including networks, servers, and operating systems. Hands-on experience withWindows/Linux environments ,Microsoft Office 365 , andActive Directory . Familiarity withnetworking concepts(LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP). Knowledge ofdata backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity protocols . Excellentproblem-solving ,organizational , andcommunicationskills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such asCompTIA A+ ,Network+ ,Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator , orCCNA . Experience withcloud-based tools(Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace). Knowledge ofITIL principlesor experience in IT service management. Exposure toERP systems ,remote management tools , orIT project coordination .
