**Job Responsibility**:

- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our IT products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support branding and promotional activities, including events, webinars, and product launches.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in maintaining and updating CRM tools.
- Build relationships with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing budgets and cost proposals for project.
- Helping hand in overall marketing and sales activities.
- Manage and organize documentation, reports, and internal communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to marketing and sales activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Recent graduate or final-year student in B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Digital Content creation and development.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.

**Work Type**: On-Site (Usually Office work, If requires then only field wok)
