**Job Title: Legal Associate**

**Roles**:
The Legal Head will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards within the construction site. They will play a pivotal role in mitigating legal risks and facilitating smooth project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft legal notices, reply to legal notices, and manage related correspondence.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Resolve legal disputes during construction.
- Conduct and verify property title searches; prepare title reports for land acquisitions and development projects.
- Draft and review conveyance deeds and ensure proper execution and registration.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property transactions or ongoing projects.
- Maintain organized legal documentation.
- Offer legal support to the site team.

**Requirement**:

- Good contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Familiarity with real estate software and legal research tools.

**Salary**:50-80k per month

**Education**:Bachelor'sdegree in Law; a Master's degree in Law or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in construction law or a related field.
