Role Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Coordinate project tasks, including project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.

Could you communicate project progress to clients, stakeholders, and team members?

Manage project risks and issues, and implement solutions.

Could you make sure successful project delivery within the timeframe and budget?

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Sales and project management certifications are a plus.

Success in this Position:
Success in this position will be measured by the individual's ability to generate new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, coordinate project tasks, ensure successful project delivery, and achieve sales targets. The individual should be able to effectively communicate project progress to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Additionally, the individual should be able to manage project risks and issues and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery within the agreed timeframe and budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹216,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
