We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kick-start their career in sales. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
