**About Us**:
Digitoria is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses boost their online presence through SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and creative solutions. We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Telesales Executive** to join our team and be the first point of contact for potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.).
- Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective strategies for lead conversion.
- Provide accurate information, handle objections professionally, and build strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (experience in digital marketing sales will be a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
