Supervision of Aseptic area.
To ensure the cleaning of Aseptic area and manufacturing area in Tablet and capsule Production department.
To ensure Sab and rinse water analysis of the same.
To ensure dispensing of required raw material and PPM before starting of production activity.
Coordinate with engineering department for planned preventive maintenance of the production equipment.
Ensure that the equipment instrument and area are validation and calibrated as per the schedule.
Follow the health and hygiene and safety requirement.
Maintain environmental conditions and cleanliness of the production areas as per cGMP requirement.
Maintain the stocks of miscellaneous, consumables required for production.
To ensure starting and completion of batch manufacturing.
To complete all documents like BMR/BPR, Logbooks related to respective activities.
To co-ordinate with other departments for routine operations.
SOP Preparation.
Men power handling etc
Granulation.
Compression.
Coating.
Capsule.
Tablet and Capsule Inspection.
Packing.
Moisture analyzer.
D.T., Friability., Weight balance, Hardness tester, Burnier caliper.
Autocartenater
Liquid and Tablet Manufacturing(Ayurveda)
Liquid filing and sealing
Liquid packing
Dry syrup
Dry injection
