**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and communicate a long-term product strategy and vision, leveraging customer research, user experience insights, and emerging technologies to deliver innovative features and solutions.
- Lead the product management team in creating internal products that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive the process of requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap creation, and prioritization to ensure timely and impactful product delivery.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the product team, utilizing analytics and insights to drive growth marketing strategies and product marketing initiatives.
- Define and take ownership of key business metrics and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) related to product performance and success.
- Stay abreast of market trends and developments in the SaaS industry, incorporating relevant insights into product strategy and execution.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for defining product features, creating detailed product requirement documents, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders to refine and optimize the product development process, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality products.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a world-class team of product managers and product designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
