The teacher must also have strong command of the English language, knowledge of CBSE standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cater to diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities
- **Curriculum & Lesson Planning**:Develop and implement effective, engaging lesson plans in line with CBSE curriculum standards for 10th grade.
- **Teaching & Instruction**:Deliver comprehensive lessons covering English language, literature, grammar, composition, and reading comprehension.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback and grading performance.
- **Classroom Management**:Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and high standards of behavior.
- **Student Support**:Provide individualized support and attention to students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other teachers, heads of departments, and school administration to develop teaching resources and strategies.
- **Parent Interaction**:Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, progress, and behavior.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:Organize or assist in extracurricular activities, such as debates, elocution, and creative writing, to promote language skills.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Prior work experience as an English teacher, preferably in a middle or high school environment.
- **Technical Skills**:Profound knowledge of grammar, sentence structure, and different literary genres.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills, as well as strong interpersonal and language skills.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**:A high sense of cultural awareness and sensitivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
