**Qualifications**

**Experience**:
**Minimum 2-4 years of Experience preferably in dairy ( Mfg. company will be added advantage )**

**Roles Description**:
1. **Credit Note Reconciliation**:

- Perform reconciliations for credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Work with finance and sales teams to verify and resolve discrepancies in credit notes or customer accounts.

2. **Customer Support and Coordination**:

- Support customer onboarding processes, documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate support.

3. **Proficiency**:

- Utilize Microsoft Excel, word, google sheets with for efficient data management, calculations, and reporting - Make and maintain complex spreadsheets to track data and automate repetitive tasks.

4. **Data Entry and Calculation**:

- Input, verify, and Edit data accurately across multiple platforms and documents. - Conduct accurate calculations for data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as required.

5. **MIS Reporting **- Generate, distribution of date so as to generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business decision
- making. Analyze data trends and provide insights to management, highlighting areas that may require action.

6. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in documentation, reporting, and data entry processes and suggest automation where applicable.

7. **Documentation Management**:

- Develop, organize, and maintain accurate and detailed documentation for various processes, ensuring compliance and consistency. - Prepare and process customer onboarding documentation, ensuring all requirements are met before onboarding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
