1) Checking the ZOHO tickets assigned by other teams and then assigning them to the internal team members after a basic check.
- 2) Doing a basic quality check about whether the reverts are given promptly, whether tickets are picked up on time and TAT Violation criteria.
- 3) Communication with the customers (In some cases).
- 4) Follow up with the team to complete the tasks assigned on time to avoid delays.**Eligibility Requirements:

- 1) Must have great Communication skills in English.
- 3) Must have great Coordination Skills and a stronger follow-up game.

0 - 3 years

Any graduation,
