**Position Title**: Billing Executive
**Location**: Sector 82, Mohali
**Timings**: 9:30am to 6:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Creation**:

- **Billing Verification**:

- **Payment Follow-Up**:

- **Record Keeping**:

- **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- **Account Reconciliation**:

- **Maintain Confidentiality**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of billing systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and billing practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
