**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing and Invoicing**:

- Generate accurate invoices and bills for clients, ensuring timely distribution.
- Verify billing data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- **Accounts Management in Tally**:

- Record all financial transactions in Tally, maintaining up-to-date and accurate accounts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
- **Client Account Management**:

- Maintain client records and billing information, updating details as necessary.
- Address client inquiries about bills, payments, and account balances professionally.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including summaries of invoices and receivables.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with the finance team.
- **Inventory and Stock Management (if applicable)**:

- Track inventory data in Tally and update records as per company requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure accurate stock records.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all billing activities comply with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions for easy retrieval and audits.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Billing Executive or in a similar role (2+ years).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in handling bulk billing or working in a similar industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
