**Qualifications**:
- Background in customer-facing roles with exposure to e-commerce platforms and the fast-moving nature of start-ups.-
- Experience using CRM systems and order management platforms.- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with keen attention to grammar.- An outgoing, confident personality with a knack for building rapport.- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Ability to combine excellent service with contributing to sales, upselling, and retention objectives.- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts in a dynamic environment.- Demonstrates a great sense of humor and a strong passion for natural products and all things pet-related.
