**Job Title**: Customer Support / Onboarding Executive

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide customers through the **onboarding process**, including document verification and account activation
- Provide product and service information clearly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, collections, technical) to resolve issues quickly
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
- Educate customers on digital services, mobile app usage, and repayment methods
- 1-3 years of experience in **customer service**, **banking operations**, or **client onboarding**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of **KYC norms**, **banking documentation**, and digital banking tools
- Familiarity with Odoo CRM systems, Excel, or ticketing platforms is a plus
- Friendly, proactive, and patient with customers
- Ability to multitask, manage time well, and follow escalation protocols

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
