**About Cintra**:
**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an **experienced Oracle EBS DBA** to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about database management, system performance optimization, and high availability solutions. You will be responsible for managing Oracle EBS environments, performing upgrades, ensuring data integrity, and implementing disaster recovery strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Oracle EBS & Database Management**
- Administer and maintain **Oracle EBS** and database environments to ensure system stability.
- Perform **EBS and database upgrades**, ensuring seamless transitions.

**Security, Backup & Recovery**
- Implement and maintain **database backup, recovery, and replication strategies**.
- Conduct **root cause analysis** for production-related database issues.

**Disaster Recovery & High Availability**
- Design, implement, and test **disaster recovery** solutions.

**Technical Support & Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
- Utilize **Oracle APPS DBA toolset** for system administration and troubleshooting.
- Maintain **documentation** for database policies, procedures, and best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**: Prior experience as an **EBS DBA** with hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS environments.
**Technical Skills**: Strong expertise in **Oracle databases**, performance tuning, replication, and backup/recovery strategies.
**Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze and resolve complex database issues effectively.
**Attention to Detail**: Precision in database management, patching, and compliance.
**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s Degree** in Computer Science or related field.
**Oracle EBS Certification** (preferred).
Familiarity with **reporting tools** and database monitoring.
